    Invitation to Bid

    Food Service Equipment – Conveyor Dishwashers and Accessories

    Lincoln Public Schools will receive sealed proposals for the Lincoln High School,
    Lincoln Middle School, Northern Elementary, Central Elementary and
    Lonsdale Elementary Schools for Food Service Equipment – Conveyor
    Dishwashers and Accessories until June 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at which time

    they will be publicly opened and read in the Lincoln School Department Admin-
    istrative Conference Room, 135 Old River Road, Lincoln, RI 02865. Bids received

    after that time will not be considered and will be returned.
    Bid specifications will be available by emailing simonen@lincolnps.org or may be
    picked up at the Business Offices of the Lincoln Public Schools, 135 Old River Road,
    Lincoln, RI 02865, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
    The Lincoln School Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all

    bids, in part or in whole, at their sole discretion. The decision of the School Com-
    mittee shall be final and binding on all bidders without recourse.

    All pricing submitted shall be firm for a 60 day period excluding Saturdays, Sundays
    and Holidays.
