Lincoln Public Schools New Student Registration for the 2025-26 School Year

FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REGISTRATIONS (K-5): Registration for elementary students new
to the Lincoln Public Schools will be accepted at their neighborhood elementary school.
All packets must be completely filled out and include a copy of parent’s driver’s license or state issued
ID, a copy of the child’s birth certificate, copies of proofs of residency, notarized affidavits and a recent
physical including immunization records with month, date and year of shots. Any incomplete registration
packets will delay the registration process.
Registration packets are available on the Lincoln Public Schools website.
Enrollment is based on space availability.
Please contact the school secretary with any questions regarding school registration or withdrawals.

FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL REGISTRATIONS (6-8): Please contact the guidance department at Lincoln
Middle School (401-721-3400) to arrange a time to drop-off the completed registration packet. All
packets must be completely filled out and include a copy of parent’s driver’s license or state issued ID, a
copy of the child’s birth certificate, copies of proofs of residency, notarized affidavits and a recent
physical including immunization records with month, date and year of shots. Any incomplete registration

FOR HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATIONS (9-12): Please contact the guidance department at Lincoln
High School (401-334-7500) to arrange a time to drop off the completed registration packet. All packets
must be completely filled out and include a copy of the parents’ driver’s license or state-issued ID, a copy of
the child’s birth certificate, copies of proofs of residency, notarized affidavits and a recent physical
including immunization records with month, date and year of shots. Any incomplete registration packets
will delay the registration process.
