- Q: Do the elementary grades have I-Parent?
- A: In September of 2009, all grades in all schools will incorporate I-Grade into their programs. This willl allow parents to access elementary gradebooks (via I-Parent) as soon as grades are posted.
- Q: The Access key I was mailed doesn't seem to work!
What can I do?
- A: The Access Keys are very specific items designed to get
you into the system. There are a variety of characters including
parenthesis, brackets, semi-colons, numbers and letters. A little patience
should get you in. If all else fails, email the contact person listed on
your Access Key sheet.
- Q: My daughter set up the account without my knowledge and
forgot the username and password!
- A: Email the contact person listed on the Access Key
sheet. They can set you up with the username or reset the password.
- Q: I lost my Access Key sheet!
- A: Email techsupport@lincolnps.org and include the following information: Your name
and address, student name, grade, DOB, school. This data will be validated
against school records (for confidentiality and access restriction purposes) and
a copy of the access key sheet can be emailed to you.
- Q: Will I-Parent be available during the non-school hours?
- A: I-Parent is available 24-7, through the summer, and during vacations. Especially during the off-season, the information that is posted may not be as current as you would like, but please let us know if there are discrepancies
- :Q: I've forgotten my password!
- A: Login to the I-Parent website using "3017" as the
district number and your username, then click on "I forgot my password".
Follow the steps and answer the secret questions to get to the new password
screens.
