Goals

We will continue to implement standards based instruction and the GLE’s following the guidelines of the Lincoln curriculum while pursuing continuous self-assessment and professional development.

We will continue to work in a cohesive, professional learning community where faculty and staff communicate and work together in a supportive, nurturing environment towards the progress of each and every student.

We will continue to use varied teaching strategies that are research based with high expectations for all students addressing the diverse learning style of each child.

We will increase student performance using the data accumulated through state, district and school wide assessment so that each child will meet with success.

We will strive to educate and communicate regularly with the parents and learning community using various methods to ensure everyone is a stakeholder in the education of all Northern students.

We will promise each student at Northern a safe learning environment where they will feel secure and comfortable enabling them to reach their highest potential.
