Welcome to the 2007-2008 school year.  The staff at Northern Lincoln Elementary School is working very hard to give your child the best possible education that Lincoln has to offer.  We are constantly providing professional development to keep our staff up to date with the most current and relevant information and techniques to best service your children.  I am happy to say that we are off to a great start this year.  We are pleased to announce a school wide behavior program entitled P.B.I.S. (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Support).  This community based program is designed to acknowledge positive behaviors in our school and enhance our already positive learning environment.  There are many other new initiatives being developed here at Northern…murals, partner teaching, new playgrounds, a leveled book room, just to name a few.  I welcome you all and hope that you will come to visit and join our team.  Please, don’t be a stranger!
