Important message from the nurse: 
Dear 6th Grade Parents,
 The 6th grade students will be bringing home Immunization/Physical forms explaining what is required by the state for upcoming 7th graders. They will be handed out in their homerooms on Thursday morning. All upcoming 7th graders should be handing in their updated immunizations by the first day of school.
