Where in the World is Mr. Larkin?
I'm
on a voyage of discovery. Your task is to find my location based on the
clues given. I could be anywhere in the world. On land or on the sea.
Close to home, or far away! You'll need to read the clues carefully and
use your knowledge of geography, latitude and longitude, maps, and
history to locate me! Good luck. Each "adventure" is time limited. That
means you'll have a limited number of days to find my location. When
you've come up with your "best guess" as to my location, write your
answer on a slip of paper and put it in the "Where in the World is Mr.
Larkin" box in the classroom. Don't forget to include your name (first
and last please) on the slip of paper with your answer.
Can you find my destination?
Check out the clues below.

My location is the highest natural point in the state of
Rhode Island, at 812 feet (247 m) above sea level. This location, a small
rock outcropping, is owned by Brown University. Brown has used this spot as
an astronomy observatory location for decades and is located in Providence
County near the Connecticut border at 41°50′58″N 71°46′43″W.
