Class of 2012 Graduation Requirements Letter

Residents who are new to Lincoln and/or need to register their child for elementary school, grades K-5, will need to report to the Lincoln School Department's Administration Building located at 1624 Lonsdale Avenue.

In order to register children for school, the following documents are necessary:

• Two (2) original proofs of residency which can include a recent utility bill, property tax bill, purchase and sales agreement, lease agreement with notarized letter from landlord
• Original Birth certificate
• Medical records indicating recent physical and immunizations
