registration site and hours

Residents who are new to Lincoln and/or need to register
their child for elementary school, grades K-5, will need to report to the
Lincoln School Department’s Administration Building located at 1624
Lonsdale Avenue.
Hours and times for the registration will be on Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday, from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on the following dates:
July 15, 16 and 17
July 22, 23 and 24
July 29, 30 and 31
August 5, 6, and 7
August 12, 13, and 14
August 19, 20 and 21
In order to register children for school, the following documents
are necessary:

Two (2) original proofs of residency which can include a recent
utility bill, property tax bill, purchase and sales agreement, lease
agreement with notarized letter from landlord

Original Birth certificate
·
Medical records indicating recent physical and immunizations
